‼️ HOW DO I RSVP FOR THE WEDDING?
To confirm your attendance at Jazmin & Marvin’s wedding, please complete the form below and submit a $50-per-person room deposit with our official destination wedding coordinators, Just Book It Travel.

‼️ DO I HAVE TO BOOK WITH JUST BOOK IT TRAVEL?
Yes. In order to attend the wedding events, you must book your stay through Just Book It Travel. They manage the guest list, room block, transportation, and event logistics—providing group rates, concierge-level support, and easy payment options.
‼️ WHAT ARE THE SUGGESTED TRAVEL DATES?
While the wedding is on May 31, 2026, we’d love for you to enjoy a vacation too!
We recommend May 29 – June 2, 2026 to make the most of the resort, wedding events, and excursions.
✅ Group rates apply for up to 7 nights, subject to availability.
‼️ CAN I BRING ADDITIONAL GUESTS?
Yes! Guests can bring a travel companion (plus one).
‼️ ARE KIDS INVITED?
While we absolutely love your little ones, please note that this will be an adults-only celebration. Come ready to have an amazing time!

Book now and finalize later!
Changes are penalty-free until January 31, 2026.
If in doubt, reserve a longer stay—you can reduce nights before the final payment deadline (based on availability).
‼️ WHAT IF MY TRAVEL COMPANION ISN’T READY TO BOOK?
No problem!
Reserve your room as a solo traveler now and add them later. While solo rates are higher, once your guest is added, the price adjusts to the lower double occupancy rate.
‼️ WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?
• $50 per guest deposit confirms your RSVP
• Optional monthly payments (not auto-drafted)
• Final balance due: January 31, 2026 - After this date, all payments are non-refundable unless you’ve purchased travel protection.
‼️ CAN I PURCHASE TRAVEL PROTECTION?
Absolutely—and it’s highly recommended!
Protect your investment from the unexpected.
You can purchase at the time of booking or within 10 days. Independent coverage is also accepted.
‼️ WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
• Before January 31, 2026: Only the $50 deposit is non-refundable (unless covered by travel protection).
• On/After January 31, 2026: All payments are non-refundable.
➡️ Refunds can be claimed only through your travel protection provider.
‼️ WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.

Both are convenient options for the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya.
‼️ IS AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION INCLUDED?
Not automatically, but we’ve arranged a special rate of $100 USD round trip per guest for wedding attendees.
It’s a direct, shared service exclusively for our group—no long stops!

‼️ DO I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes!
All guests need a valid passport to travel to Mexico.
Double-check the expiration—it must be valid for the entire duration of your stay.
If you don’t have a passport yet, apply early! Expedited processing can still take up to 12 weeks.
‼️ WHAT SHOULD I PACK OR PREP FOR?
We’ve created a helpful Pre-Travel Checklist for all guests, especially those who haven’t traveled internationally recently.
